Lightbulb Customized Off-Hand Items

Should we be able to customize off-hand items similar to our primary weapons?

1. Already suggested.
2. Promotional and PvP items come customized.
3. It would be nice:
- One handed weapons: Keep current +20% damage (including wands)
- Two handed weapons: +33% damage (not including staves)
- Shields: +3 armor.
- Foci: +3 energy.
- Staves: +4 energy instead of +20% damage.

Yup... that should do.

/signed for this, i never see why sword, spears etc should need customisation when foci and shields dont.
